Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival, transfer to a hotel in Kathmandu, where you'll rest after your journey and prepare for the trek.

Day 2Kathmandu Heritage Tour:

A guided tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square to explore cultural and historical attractions.

Day 3Drive to Syabrubesi:

A scenic 6-hour drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi, the starting point of the trek, passing through Dhunche, offering stunning views of the Himalayas and rural landscapes.

Day 4Trek to Gatlang Village:

A 5-hour trek to Gatlang, a picturesque Tamang village with traditional architecture, terraced fields, and cultural heritage.

Day 5Trek to Somdang:

A 6-hour trek through beautiful landscapes to Somdang, a remote area with panoramic views of Ganesh Himal and surrounding peaks.

Day 6Trek to Ganesh Himal Base Camp:

6 hours of trekking to Ganesh Himal Base Camp (4,600 m), providing a perfect setting for acclimatization and experiencing the grandeur of the Himalayan range.

Day 7Rest and Acclimatization:

A day to rest, explore, and get acclimatized at the base camp.

Day 8Trek towards Sing-la Pass:

Trek towards the base of Sing-la Pass (3,140 m) for another stunning camping experience and to enjoy the beauty of remote Himalayan regions.

Day 9Cross Sing-La Pass:

Cross Sing-La Pass at 4,045 m and camp at the bottom (3,240 m), with breathtaking views and a physically challenging yet rewarding day.

Day 10Contingency Day:

A spare day in case of adverse weather or challenging trail conditions.

Day 11Trek to Shertung/Chalis-Gaon:

A 6-hour trek to Shertung or Chalis-Gaon, passing through serene landscapes and remote settlements.

Day 12Trek to Nebar:

A 5-hour trek, including a visit to Tatopani for a hot spring experience, providing relaxation amidst nature.

Day 13Trek to Lapa-Gaon:

Day 14Trek to Ri-Gaon:

Day 16Cross Jyamrung-Danda:

Day 17Trek to Dhading Besi:

Day 18Drive to Kathmandu:
