Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal's capital, and transfer to your hotel. Rest and prepare for your trek.

Day 2Fly to Pokhara (860 m) and drive to Darbang (1,180 m) - 4 hours drive

Scenic flight to Pokhara followed by a drive to Darbang, the trek starting point.

Day 3Trek to Dharapani (1,490 m) - 5 hours

Begin your trek from Darbhanga to Dharapani, passing through terraced fields and traditional villages.

Day 4Trek to Muri (1,850 m) - 6 hours

Ascend through forests and farmlands to Muri.

Day 5Trek to Boghara (2,080 m) - 6 hours

Trek through lush forests and ridges to Boghara.

Day 6Trek to Dobang (2,520 m) - 6 hours

Continue your journey through rocky trails to Dobang.

Day 7Trek to Sallaghari (3,430 m) - 7 hours

Ascend further through rugged terrain to Sallaghari, offering views of Dhaulagiri.

Day 8Acclimatization day at Sallaghari

Spend a day acclimatizing and exploring the surroundings.

Day 9Trek to French Pass (5,360 m) and camp at Upper Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4,760 m) - 8 hours

One of the most challenging days, with a trek through French Pass to Upper Dhaulagiri Base Camp.

Day 10Rest day at Upper Dhaulagiri Base Camp

Relax and prepare for the return journey with stunning views.

Day 11Hike to Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4,750 m) - 6 hours

Hike to Dhaulagiri Base Camp, enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding peaks.

Day 12Trek back to Hidden Valley (4,500 m) - 6 hours

Descend to Hidden Valley, offering a peaceful atmosphere.

Day 13Cross Thapa Pass (5,240 m) and descend to Yak Kharka (3,700 m) - 7 hours

Conquer Thapa Pass, followed by a descent to Yak Kharka.

Day 14 Trek to Marpha (2,670 m) - 6 hours

Descend through apple orchards and traditional Thakali villages to Marpha.

Day 15Trek to Tatopani (1,190 m) - 5 hours

Continue the descent to Tatopani, known for its hot springs.

Day 16Drive back to Pokhara (860 m) - 6 hours

Drive back to Pokhara and relax in the city.

Day 17Fly or drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to a hotel

Return to Kathmandu via flight or drive.

Day 18Free day in Kathmandu for individual activities
