1. Travel insurance is vital for mountaineering and related adventures. The budget provided by Eco Himalaya Treks and Travels for your trip does not include travel insurance.
2. Physical fitness is of utmost importance when you are trekking in the Himalayan region. Make sure you are physically fit before you start.
3. To confirm your trip 30 percent advance from the total cost of the trip needs to be paid, another 30 percent needs to be paid one month before your departure and rest you can pay upon your arrival. On certain condition and timeframe limitation, this procedure can be made more flexible upon request.
4. Payment can be made through bank transfer or Western Union Money Transfer

Cancellation Policies:

1. No cancellation charge before 45 days of departure
2. 25 % of total amount as cancellation charge if cancelled 30-44 days before departure
3. 60 % cancellation charge for cancelling 15-30 days before departure
4. 90 percent cancellation charge for cancellation before 7-15 days of departure
5. 100 percent for cancellation before seven days or less
6. In the case of trip cancellation by the company you will 100 percent of your amount in a refund.
Note: The Cancellation charges will not apply if you would like to extend your trip up to 1 year ahead, you will however need to confirm this 20 days prior your departure date. You will have to adapt the surplus amount if the there is an increase in tax, accommodation or general prices of required goods and services for the trip.

Risks and Liabilities

Eco Himalaya Treks and Travels will not be responsible or liable for any injuries or sickness damage, any damage due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockade, flood , snow etc. We will also not be liable for damages due to political unrest, flight cancellation, delay and accident or loss of any nature on goods or living person ( this includes consequential and financial loss) incurring during, after or in connection with or as a consequence of customers’ travel, booking, trekking or organized stay through Eco Himalaya Treks and Travels.
Also, Eco Himalaya Treks and Travels is only an agent for adventure sports like Bungee Jump. Paragliding, Mountain flight, rock climbing, car rental etc. However, we will take your safety in priority during the trip and any activities you get involved with us. We will not pay for any injury, loss (financial and others), accidents etc or be responsible legally.

We will need your personal information and details for reservations of flights and hotels and to secure you trek and tour permits, we are bound to provide the information on required government platforms. However, we will not share your personal information with any other media.
