Itinerary

Day 1Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,429ft)

Welcome to Nepal! Meet at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Briefing on the trek.

Day 2Guided tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO heritage sites

Explore Kathmandu’s cultural highlights, including Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, and Boudhanath.

Day 3 Drive to Syabrubesi (1,460m/4,790ft) - 6/7 hours

Scenic drive through Trishuli Bazaar and Dhunche to the trekking starting point.

Day 4 Trek to Lama Hotel (2,470m/8,103ft) - 5/6 hours

Walk along the Langtang Khola, through lush forests, and across suspension bridges.

Day 5Trek to Langtang Village (3,430m/11,253ft) - 5/6 hours

Pass through Ghodatabela and ascend to the traditional village surrounded by stunning peaks.

Day 6Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870m/12,697ft) - 4 hours

Short ascent to Kyanjin Gompa with time to explore local monasteries and cheese factories.

Day 7Acclimatization day at Kyanjin Gompa

Hike to Kyanjin Ri or Tserko Ri for panoramic views of Langtang Lirung, Dorje Lakpa, and more.

Day 8 Trek to Ngegang (4,000m/13,123ft) - 4/5 hours

Leave the main trail and ascend through alpine meadows towards Ngegang.

Day 9 Cross Ganjala Pass (5,122m/16,804ft) and trek to Keldang (4,270m/14,009ft) - 7/8 hours

A challenging day crossing the high-altitude pass with stunning Himalayan views.

Day 10Trek to Dukpu (4,080m/13,385ft) - 6 hours

Descend through ridge trails and enjoy remote landscapes.

Day 11 Trek to Tarke Gyang (2,590m/8,497ft) - 5/6 hours

Enter the Helambu region, passing through charming Sherpa villages.

Day 12Trek to Sermathang (2,610m/8,563ft) - 5 hours

A pleasant walk through forests and villages rich in culture and tradition.

Day 13Trek to Melamchi Bazaar and drive to Kathmandu - 4/5 hours trek, 3 hours drive

Descend to the valley and take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 14 Free day in Kathmandu

Relax or explore on your own. Optional guided tours or shopping.

Day 15 Final departure from Kathmandu

Transfer to the airport for your international flight. End of the trek.
